A hit on the barbecue! This side dish is nutritious, healthy and goes well with all the goodies on the barbecue.
Cut the aubergines lengthwise into thin slices. Sprinkle the slices with salt and leave to rest for half an hour.
In the meantime, make a mixture with the olive oil, onion pieces, garlic, pepper, salt, oregano and thyme. Spread the mixture over the slices. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes on the barbecue until the aubergines are tender.
